They never learn
Rochester, Kent
2025
The University for the Creative Arts’ Rochester campus traced its origins to the Rochester School of Art, which moved to the historic Fort Pitt site in the late 19th century. Over the decades, it evolved through various mergers—becoming part of the Kent Institute of Art & Design—before joining the University for the Creative Arts in 2005. The Fort Pitt site remained a hub for art and design education until its closure in 2023 and being another place of learning turning into luxury flats no one can afford.
