Beautiful power
2012
Built in 1911, the ECVB Power Station in Ghent is a striking example of industrial architecture, with vast halls and soaring brick facades detailed with precision. Once powering a heavily industrialised region, it was abandoned in 2001, partially demolished in 2012, yet its monumental scale and intricate brickwork still make it an unforgettable visit and place to photograph.
